As young girls we were not taught some very essential ingredients to a truly happy, passionate, successful, fabulous life. This is not really a reflection of our parents or how they raised us – it is a result of our society and how its been shaped over many years. There are subtle messages that become as loud as a megaphone – however, we hear them as whispers in our heart. And they squander our joy.

These messages cause us to disconnect from our true self, from our most comfortable and authentic relationship with the Divine, from our natural tendency to Love ourselves and others, from appreciating what is truly important in life. It’s easy to become lost in our rushed world of things, and to.do lists, and anxiety, and doubt, and overwhelm.

It’s time to do something differently.

It’s time to really be happy and confident in You…so we can bring our best selves to the world and make a positive difference.
